Due to the organic nature of mineral makeup there is rarely any allergic reaction to our products. But just as you would do with any new prouct a patch test is recommended. This can be done by applying a tiny bit of the prduct on the inside of your arm near the elbow, let it stay all day and if there is no change in the skin, then there is no allergic reaction.
We do our best to never add any chemicals or toxins to any of our products, we like to keep it simple the way things were intended, pure and natural.

If you live outside the United States, our site will calculate your shipping costs based upon weight during the checkout process. Return Policy Every purchase from Heavenly Natural Beauty is guaranteed. Items MUST BE UNOPENED to be returned in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of your receipt of the item for a refund of the product purchase price. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Once the items are received, your refund will be processed immediately. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning any items. If you return your item(s) without an RA number, your order will not be refunded and you will have to pay additional shipping charges if you would like us to return the item(s) to you.
We do not accept returns of opened or used merchandise and we do not accept returns after 10 days of your receipt of the item.
Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of any damaged items and save the box and all packaging materials, as they may be needed.
