Many of our products are vegan, no animal is ever harmed in the creation of any of our products. There are no animal ingredients included in anything we do use carmine, and it is always listed in the ingredients.

Your skin is a living breating organ that is constantly being bombarded by outside pollutants. Toxins are in our water, our food and even the air we breathe. We believe that the last thing we should do is put makeup on our skin that adds to these toxins, and so we have created a fresh, wholesome, natual, line of cosmetics that help your skin detoxify, while making your skin look and feel youthful, and radient.

Mineral makeup is soothing and healing for skin troubled with acne, or damage. Over time mineral makeup can help to heal and improve skins overall appearance.

Due to the organic nature of mineral makeup there is rarely any allergic reaction to our products. But just as you would do with any new prouct a patch test is recommended. This can be done by applying a tiny bit of the prduct on the inside of your arm near the elbow, let it stay all day and if there is no change in the skin, then there is no allergic reaction.

We do our best to never add any chemicals or toxins to any of our products, we like to keep it simple the way things were intended, pure and natural.

Shipping is FREE for US orders over $50.

We strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of recieving your order to ensure you get your items as soon as possible.

For large orders going to Hawaii, Alaska or other non-mainland US territories as well as all international orders, additional shipping charges may apply. If there will be an additional charge we will contact you via the email address on your order, so please include a valid email address with your order.

Expedited shipping (3-day, 2-day,) is based upon weight of order and calculated during the checkout process when you choose the shipping method.

***Shipping to Canada and all other international locations is based upon weight and current USPS shipping rates.

We ship all regular orders within the U.S. by U.S.P.S.

If you live outside the United States, our site will calculate your shipping costs based upon weight during the checkout process. You will be able to see the total amount for shipping prior to placing your order. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU CHOOSE FIRST CLASS MAIL RATHER THAN PRIORITY MAIL FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS NOR RESHIP YOUR ORDER IF IT IS DAMAGED OR LOST AS FIRST CLASS MAIL DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING OR INSURANCE. It is always best to choose Priority Mail to ensure your order arrives quickly and is covered by insurance and tracking.

All orders are shipped within 2 days from the date the order was placed.

Return Policy Every purchase from Heavenly Natural Beauty is guaranteed. Items MUST BE UNOPENED to be returned in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of your receipt of the item for a refund of the product purchase price. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Once the items are received, your refund will be processed immediately. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning any items. If you return your item(s) without an RA number, your order will not be refunded and you will have to pay additional shipping charges if you would like us to return the item(s) to you.

We do not accept returns of opened or used merchandise and we do not accept returns after 10 days of your receipt of the item.

Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of any damaged items and save the box and all packaging materials, as they may be needed.
